We rarely ask ourselves what is grief? The grief is a process through which we all go through when we lose a loved one. This is a stage of psychological loss for the one we have lost. Often our feelings are mixed and contradictory. Some people find it hard to accept it or are denying the loss. Sometimes the anger is the dominant feeling, it is possible also to want to bring back what had happened or even take the place of our lost loved one. Often the grieving comes together with depression and repression, and the important psychological task is to find a way to accept the loss and withstand the sadness. It is imperative to remember that whatever you are feeling, it is a normal part of the grieving process. When we lose a loved one, grieving helps us to bring ourselves to love again eventually. There is really no right or wrong way we can feel when grieving.
