Loss and separation

A difficult process of rediscovering yourself.

If a close person is lost, we may feel as though the world is overturning and becoming alien and empty. Although many of the emotions we feel are similar we all doing on our own way when coping with loss. Some people prefer to talk to loved ones and be surrounded by people, while others prefer to be alone to deal with difficult feelings. Sometimes sadness is what has accompanied us for a long time, but often anger and feelings of injustice are more dominant. Some people feel guilty and responsible for the loss, reproach for the helplessness and sense of helplessness that the loss has provoked in them. The process of grieving, though difficult is what helps.
